Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to any damaged or missing part, you may return it to us. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 07 business days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. All orders are final, we do not accept return or exchange on any items unless the items you received are damaged or missing.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a Return Address. After receiving the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase ( Order Invoice). When a return is authorised, Decor&Lights team do a full inspection of all products.
Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for return isn’t a result of any error, the parcel will be delivered back to your ordered address and no refund will be initiated.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. And, amount would be credited back to you by Decor&Lights team.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- perishable items
- intimates
- gift cards
- custom items
- digital products
